To solve the three issues,the integration of urban and rural development must be promoted.To promote the integration of urban and rural development,it is necessary to increase the city-financed rural development efforts,strengthen urban radiation function,strengthen the functions of government services,strengthen rigid fiscal inputs.We should also speed up the integration of urban and rural interaction efforts,build layout link mechanism in urban and rural areas,build industry link mechanism in urban and rural areas,build interactive mechanism of urban and rural population,build urban and rural ecological interaction mechanism,and fully implement the reasonable arrangements and scientific development,so as to enable the countryside to embark on the track of the integration of urban and rural development.
