Abstract
Objective:To study the anti-fatigue function of Dendrobium candidum on mice. Methods:The mice were divided into negative control group, and the low, medium and high dose groups at random.Weightloaded swimming time, hepatic glycogen content, lactic acid, urea nitrogen and creatine kinase content in serum, white blood cells and hemoglobin content in whole blood were determined after giving test substances by intragastrical gavage for 30 days. Results:Weightloaded swimming times in all three dose groups were prolonged significantedly, lactic acid and creatine kinase content in serum were decreased significantedly by comparing with negative control group. Conclusion:Dendrobium candidum can raise exercise tolerance and accelerate allaying tiredness.
