Analysis on Mental Health of Middle School Teachers

Abstract

Objective To investigate mental health status of middle school teachers.Methods Using SCL-90 questionnaire to assess 325 middle school teachers and compare the obtained result with the norm of China.Results The mental health status of middle school teachers are better than the mean value in China.The result also reveals that the mental health status of primary school teachers does show correlation with gender and teaching environment of teachers.Conclusion Schools and social should pay attention to mental health of middle school teachers.
