Abstract

Traditional culture of ethnic groups is an indispensable component of Chinese culture. Strengthening legislation and perfecting the protection of ethnic groups' traditional culture have an important significance for inheriting and developing Chinese culture.At present,there are still many faults and deficiencies in protecting ethnic groups' traditional culture in our country,thus legislation in this field and the protection of ethnic groups' traditional culture should be further enhanced.
