Abstract
In the course of social development,the traditional folk culture has been a strong impact.Traditional culture to the conservation and sustainable use,it is necessary to establish the traditional folk culture of the legal system of protection,use of the existing legal protection of intellectual property rights,the establishment of specific coordination of the protection of law and the relevant law.In addition,the paper also points out the existence of our country in the legislation of the deficiencies.Protection of Ethnic Traditional Culture and Folklore of the significance lies in its diversity of human cultural patterns and potential contribution to the practical,so that in the succession of traditional culture in development,to succeed in development.
