Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the sleep quality of the aircraft manufacturing workers.[Methods]The PSQI Scale was performed to investigate 744 workers in Chengdu Aircraft Manufacturing Factory, and SPSS11.5 was used to analyze the data.[Results]The average score of the quality of sleep in the workers was 4.57±2.74. The low quality of sleep was main in the four dimensions including subjective sleep quality, sleep disorder at night, daytime functional disorder and long-time sleep. 102(13.7%)workers suffer from low quality bad sleep(PSQI scores exceed 7).[Conclusion]The aircraft manufacturing workers had some problem in the quality of sleep,we should take some measures to improve the quality of sleep so as to enhance their work efficiency and safety.
