Abstract

Geographical indication importantly marks the geographical origin of commodity and services.This paper discusses the definition,characteristics and significance of protection of geographical indication of China's agricultural products.This paper also analyzes the two main protective modes as well as their defects and put forward some countermeasures on how to perfect the protection on geographical indication of China's agricultural products.
