Research on the Geographical Indication Protection of Agricultural Products in China

Abstract

The conception,functions and main protection modes of geographical indication were introduced.The significance,status and problems of geographical indication protection in China were discussed.Taking Shaanxi Apple as a case,the influence of geographical indication on the export of agricultural production was studied empirically.Finally,some related proposals were put forward.
