Abstract
Objective:To develop a capillary gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in Hydronidone. Methods:Residual organic solvents in Hydronidone were determinated by directed injection on a DB-624 capillary column(30 m×0.53 mm,3 μm)and at a FID detector.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas. Results:The calibration curves of methanol, dichlormethane and n,n-dimethylformamide showed good linearity; The RSDs of precision were all less than 2%.The average recoveries were between 98.83%-103.70%.Conclusion:The method is simple accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in Hydronidone.
