Abstract
The mutant strain TMa\|9118 was obtained by the mutation with ultraviolet from wild strains screened from nature which had a higher ability to produce cellulase. The optimum conditions of producing cellulase were the proportion of straw to wheat bran being 8∶2, the water amount of medium being 65%, the temperature being 30℃ and the time being 72 h. The optimum temperature and pH for emzymatic catalysis were 50℃ and 4.4 respectively. The optimum condition of extracting cellulase was distilled water of 40℃.
