Abstract
In this paper,the producing cellulase conditions of mutant stain Trichoderma F-UV_(264) were stduied.The result of experiment showed that: the optimal nitrogen source is 1%(NH_4)_2SO_4 and 3%the surface active material,the optimal sult group is 2%Mandels,bran:straw is 1∶3,solid:liquid is(1∶4).The enzyme vitality of cellulase can be increased after adding these influental factors.The optimum culture condition of producing cellulase is pH(4.6)~5.6 at 30 ℃ for 96~135 h,and the maximum cellulase activity is reached.This research can provide the basis for the cellulase manufacture.
