Abstract

Human resource is the most valuable resource and the competition among enterprises is the competition for human resources in.Private enterprises have no advantages in the competition with other enterprises,on the contrary,they have some disadvantages.From the current situation,private enterprises with poor human resource management seriously hamper the development of enterprises,therefore,it is an urgent problem to strengthen and improve human resource management of private enterprises and develop practical human resource management strategies.It has a direct and practical significance in analyzing and exploring human resources mangement.
