Clinical observation of Xiaokean capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective:To study the effect of Mecobalamin Tablets combined with Xiaokean capsule oral on clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity in patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral nerve. Methods: 66 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group. The control group oral Mecobalamin Tablets, the treatment group was treated with Xiaokean capsule. 2 groups were treated for 60 d. To observe the change of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, diabetic neuropathy, nerve conduction velocity. Results: the 2 groups of patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms; the effective rate of treatment group was 90%, rate of the control group was 66.7%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05); the treatment group effect on nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Xiaokean capsule combined with Mecobalamin Tablets orally can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetes patients, improve the nerve conduction velocity of the action, and the curative effect is better than pure Mecobalamin Tablets oral treatment.
