Abstract

Objective To investigate the mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with clinical therapeutic effect, in order to find out a more effective treatment methods. Methods Or analysis of our hospital in 2010May to 2011May to receive the treatment of 30 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,30patients were divided into two groups,15 cases in the treatment group were in intravenous injection;15 cases in the control group oral treatment with mecobalamin. Results the effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%, compared to the control group in the total efficiency was 80%, compared to two groups, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients for intravenous injection clinical treatment has significant effect, can significantly improve patients with nerve conduction function, is worth in the clinical for extensive popularization and application of.
