Abstract

Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of Salvia tanshinone IIA in different parts.Methods Take the RP-HPLC to select the column Hypersil ODSC18 column(4.6mm × 250mm,5μm).The mobile phase: methanol: water = 75∶25.The flow rate was 1.2mL/min.The column temperature was 30 degrees Celsius.The wavelength of detection was 268nm ~ 270nm.Results The tanshinone IIA concentration in 1.25 ~ 21.45μg/mL(r = 0.9997) had a good linear relationship,the average recovery was 99.83%,RSD = 2.04%(n = 6).Conclusion By reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography in the content of tanshinone IIA in Danshen,the method is rapid,sensitive,accurate,and can provide measurement basis for the planted Salvia,characterization,and expansion of medicinal parts of the quality control of Danshen.
