Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Tanshinone ⅡA in danshenshuxin Capsule.Methods Stationary phase was C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with methanol-water(77∶ 23) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 30℃,and flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The regression equation of tanshinone IIA was A=1.26×105C+2.1×104,r=0.999 7,which was linear over the range of 4.224~42.24 mg·L-1.The average recovery of tanshinone IIA was 98.92%,and RSD was 1.37%.Conclusion This method is simple,repeatable and accurate,which may provide a reliable way for the quality control of Danshenshuxin capsule.
