Abstract
Aim To establish a method of HPLC for determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in shuanghuanglian pill.Methods C18 column was used.The acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was set as 318nm.Results For baicalin,the linear range was 0.1~0.5 g·L-1,and the average recovery rate was 98.50 % with an RSD of 1.13%.For chlorogenic acid,the linear range was 0.024~0.12 g·L-1,and the average recovery rate was 98.25% with an RSD of 0.37%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
