Abstract

After entering WTO, China has stepped into massive essence education stage to education stage from, As a result, changes are lead to with motivation and intention in educational field. The Locally comprehensive colleges and universities have to face the consequences of competition of existence and development. For this the fetal point is the recognition of the teaching quality by the public. The important influencing factors on teaching quality are the concept of teaching, the Faculty, the textbooks, and the teaching process which are everything for these institutions to think.
