The Observation of the Effect for Budesonide combined with Inhalation in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects for budesonide combined with inhalation in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 106 cases of chronic bronchitis patients was taken for retrospective analysis.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was given with 1.0mL budesonide inhalation therapy on the basis of conventional therapy,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was up to 90.57%,the total effective rate in the control group was 77.36%,there were significant differences between the two groups,P0.05.The difficulty in breathing,gasping,coughing,sputum and the disappearance of time was shorter than the control group,the difference was significant,P 0.05.Conclusion The application of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of chronic bronchitis can improve rapidly the clinical symptoms,and it has significant clinical effect.
