Abstract
Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, phosphate, water, Mg2+, Mn2+ and surfactant on the production of xylanase by Aspergillus niger were investigated in this study. The optimal fermentation conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as followed: wheat bran(,NH4)2SO4 4%,KH2PO4 0.75%,Mg2SO4·7H2O 1.0%,polypropylene glycol 0.10%, water 70% and natural pH.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
