Abstract
Objective To explore the chemical constituents of Isodon macrophyllus.Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences. Results Six compounds were obtained from EtOAc extract of leaves of Isodon macrophyllus and identified as Epinodosin (1),Isodonoiol (2),Lasiodonin (3), Oridonin (4),Adenolin E (5),Lasiodin (6).Conclusion All of them are known.Compound 5 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
