Abstract

Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation training on the clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction and recovery of limb function. Methods 122 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(61 cases)and control group(61 cases).Control group with simple drug treatment, observation group based on the use of early rehabilitation of limb function. The clinical effects and ADL were recorded in two groupsResults The total effective rate was significantly higher(P0.05).Observation group on admission(28.5±13.6),admitted in January when(52.5±12.5);the control group on admission(29.2±12.9).Admission in January when the(40.5±11.9).Two activities of daily living in patients admitted to hospital after 1 month when compared with significantly improved(P0.05),the observation group activities of daily living were significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of limb function and improve the ability of life of patients and quality of life.
