Pragmatic Studies of the Development of Human Resources and Social Security Undertakings in Anhui Province——From the Perspective of “Twelfth Five-Year” Plan

Since the reform,human resources and social security undertakings in Anhui Province have greatly developed.It is of great benefit to develop and improve livelihood of the people,and promotes Accord Development of the entire province.But compares with some other province,there are still some problem.So,this paper adopts the method of east mid-west region division,and selects several representative cities to do lateral and vertical contrast,then this article from the employment,the social security,the talented squad construction and the labor relationship and the income distribution relationship,dissect the quantity and quality of human resources and social security undertakings in Anhui Province in an overall way,and analysis the speed and superiority of the development,so as to provide some suggestions for the human resources and social security undertakings in Anhui Province.
