The Present Situation and the Strategy of Development of Rural Personal Resources of Anhui Province Based on the Rise of Mid-China Region

The requirment of rural personal resources which based on the rise of mid–China, which to solve th problem of Anhui transference of surplus manpower resource and the key to increase of farmers’ income. Also it is the urgent request of adjust of economic agriculture structure and the essential way to build a well-being society in every sense and modernization of countryside.The thesis systamatically analyzes the characteristics and present situation of Anhui Province rural personal resources and explored deeply on it in every aspect, which aim to find a new way of agriculture development and the rise of Anhui ecomic.
