Abstract

Objective To determine the diagnosis value and clinical significance of autoantibody and humoralimmunity in SLE patients with negative ANA.Methods ANA was tested by indirect immunofluoresence technique;Anti-dsDNA antibody was examined by erithidia lueiliae immunofluresent technique;Extractable nuclear antigen(ENA) was detected by immunobloting technique;immunoglobins and complements were tested by rate nephelometry technique. Results Compared with other auto immune diseases(AID),the positive rates existed significant difference among anti-dsDNA antibody,anti-SM antibody and anti-nucleosome antibody in SLE patients with negative ANA.while the differences of positive rates did not exist between the two groups among IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4.Conclusion Positive results of anti-dsDNA antibody,anti-SM antibody and anti-nucleosome antibody have great value to SLE patients with negative ANA,while immunoglobins and complements have reference value.
