Abstract
In order to improve the extra-value of lotus, fresh lotus leaves can be used to extract flavones. The results showed that 70% ethanol was the premium solvent for the extraction of flavones. The optimal extracting conditions were determined as the followings: extracting temperature is 80℃,ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶30,3 extractions and 2h for each time. And its market prospect was put forwardas well.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
