Abstract

To study the optimal conditions of flavones extraction from lotus leaf by ultrasonic. The optimal process conditions for flavones extraction was obtained by orthogonal experiments based on single factor. The content of flavones in lotus leaf was determined by spectrophotography. The optimal process conditions were percent of ethanol volume 50%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶20(g/mL) ,three extraction times, and extraction period as 25min.
