Application Prospect of Molecular Marker Technology in the Study of Medicinal Plants

To provide reference for further research and utilization of medicinal plants,in this paper the molecular marker technology and its development situation are introduced,and the significance and application prospect of molecular marker technology and its analytical methods in the study of identification of germplasm resources,evaluation of genetic diversity,genetic relationship and classification,construction of genetic map,authentic qualitative analysis,marker-assistant breeding and identification of fine variety,seeds and seedlings of medicinal plants are reviewed.
