DNA Molecular Marker and Its Applications in Medicinal Plants

[Objective] To analyze how to use DNA molecular marker in the following aspects:analyzing the genetic diversity of medicinal plants,studying the relation between medicinal plants,discovering new resources,protecting the Chinese drug materials,et al.supply reference for research and developing of medicinal plants.[Method] Bibliography and date.[Result and Conclusion] Reviewed the latest advances of DNA molecular marker.Pointed out the remarkable advantage of DNA molecular marker compared with morphological marker,cytological marker and biochemical marker.DNA molecular marker has a broad prospect,providing a new and reliable method for medicinal plants research.
