Analysis of reflux esophagitis cured by omeprazole and famotidine

Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole combined with famotidine in Ding Ying for the clinical curative effect of ref lux esophagitis. Methods Our hospital treatment of 150 cases of ref lux esophagitis patients, divided into combined group (omeprazole combined with famotidine, breakfast before taking 20mg omeprazole, 20mg orally at bedtime famotidine and omeprazole group (20mg), taking omeprazole, 2 \/d), group 20mg (taking famotidine famotidine, 2次/d), a comparative study of the clinical efficacy of the three groups. Results The clinical symptoms of patients with remission group, endoscopic lesions to improve the situation, is better than the other two groups, P 0.05. Conclusion Omeprazole, famotidine in treatment of reflux esophagitis effect.
