Observation of Clinical Curative Effect on Omeprazole Combining with Famotidine in Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of omeprazole combining with famotidine in patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:126 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into 3 groups.A group were administrated with 20 mg omeprazole oral use before breakfast and 20 mg famotidine oral use at bedtime.B group were administrated with 20 mg omeprazole oral use bid.C group were administrated with 20 mg famotidine oral use bid.Each group was treated for 8 weeks.The clinical curative effect was estimated by the improvement score of clinical symptom and by gastroscope.Results:After 8 weeks' therapy,the improvement score of clinical symptom and the result of gastroscope of omeprazole combining with famotidine group were better than either the omeprazole group or the famotidine group(P0.05).Conclusion:The secretion of gastric acid can be effectively restrained by omeprazole combining with famotidine,which has reliable curative effect on reflux esophagitis.
