Abstract
A new technology of acid pressure leaching was developed to treat Ni-Mo ore.The effects of temperature,partial pressure of oxygen,ratio of liquid to solid(L/S),and reaction time on oxidation rate and leaching rate of nickel and molybdenum were studied.The results show that the oxidation rate of molybdenum is over 98.3% and the leaching rate of nickel is 98.7%,under the optimum conditions including L/S=5,partial pressure of oxygen of 0.4 MPa,temperature of 150 ℃,and reaction time of 2 h.
