Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods:Patients(ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ) undergoing laparoscopic surgery(n=54) were randomly divided into control(n=28) and analgesia(n=26) groups. The analgesia group received patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) with flurbiprofen axetil and fentanyl, namely flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg+ fentanyl 0.5 mg+ ondansetron 8mg that was diluted with 80 mL saline.PCIA was performed as following:a bolus of 0.5 mL,lockout time of 15min,and background dose of 2mL·h-1.Postoperative pain was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS) at 4,8,24 and 48h after the surgery.Side effects and sleep quality were also recorded. Results:The VAS was significantly lower in analgesia group than in control group.Sleep quality was better in the analgesia group. There was no difference of side effects in the two groups.Conclusion:Co-administration of flurbiprofen axetil and fentanyl by PCIA is an effective method for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
