The clinical observation of the postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl in patients underwent esophagogastrostomy

Objective: To study the analgesia effect and side effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl in patients underwent esophagogastrostomy.Methods:Sixty patients underwent esophagogastrostomy were randomly divided into two groups equally with 30 cases each.Group I was administrated flurbiprofen axetil 100mg before thorax closure and flurbiprofen axteil 100mg,and fentanyl 1mg diluted to 100ml was administrated via PCIA after surgery.Group Ⅱ was given fentanyl 2mg diluted to 125ml via PCIA after surgery.The PCIA rate was 0.2ml/h,blous 2.5ml,lock time 10min.Postoperative analgesia efficacy was assessed by visual analog scales(VAS) at 1,2,4,8,12,16,20 and 24h after surgery.The overall satisfaction to analgesic therapy was evaluated.Results: There were no significant differences in analgesia and sedation grade between two groups.The side effects were lower in group Ⅰ than those in group Ⅱ.It was significant different between two groups(P0.05).Conclusions: Flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl can obtain similar analgesia and sedation effects to fentanyl alone,but can reduce side effects.
