Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of the ratio of serum cystatin C and urinary albumin/creatinine in type 2 diabetes patients with early renal damage.[Methods]60 patients of type 2 diabetes with negative qualitative urine protein test in Endocrine Department of our hospital from May 2009 to October 2010 were chosen as the observation group.60 cases of healthy physical examination were chosen as the control group.Respectively tested for the ratio of serum cystatin C and urinary albumin/creatinine,and the test results were taken for statistical analysis.[Results]Cys-C and mAlb/Cr of patients in the observation group test results were(0.95 ± 0.24)mg/L,(0.75 ± 0.42)mg/mmol,compared with the control group(1.62 ± 0.34)mg/L,(12.42 ± 10.37)mg/mmol,there was a significant difference,P﹤0.05.[Conclusion]Cys-C jointed mAlb/Cr detection can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis for early renal damage of T2DM,which is with high clinical significance, and worthy of promotion.
