Abstract
The legal relation of the credit guarantee for small and medium-sized enterprises is a new and integrated legal relation that has emerged with the development of the credit guarantee industry.It is a concrete right-obligation relation between the partied involved in the credit guarantee activities and confirmed by the state law.This guarantee involves three parties,six legal relations and six agreements with their own characteristics.
