On the Establishment of the Standard Legal System of Credit Guarantee for China's Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Though later in starting,China's credit guarantee as a new business enjoys a quick development.However,the poor legislation and the lack of necessary legal protection and restraint,the business of credit guarantee can neither serve the society very well nor enjoy a healthy development.The rules of credit guarantee for China's small and medium-sized enterprises should be worked out and put into practice as soon as possible to improve the existing laws and rules and to ensure its healthy development.
