Abstract

This paper analyzes the possibility and necessity of the existence of credit guarantees from the angles of the assets attribute of credit and the incomplete information theory in information economics,and puts forward a solution to the difficulty in circulating the necessary funds,which exists in the medium and small sized enterprises,that is to set up various kinds of credit guarantee in institutions according to the actual current situation in our country to provide the medium and small sized enterprises with credit guarantees so as to help and promote their development.
