Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine and irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 64 cases of diabetes and hypertension patients who were admitted to our hospital from July, 2010 to July,2012. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.6%,and the control group 75% the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).And compared to the control group, the observation group patients'blood pressure fell more obvious after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine and irbesartan have a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension and it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
