Abstract
Through the discussions on the meaning and characteristics of association of modern competitive sports,the paper concludes that the association of modern competitive sports has the characteristics of extensiveness,internationalism and socialization.The association of modern competi- tive sports,on the basis of competing together,contains enormous economic and cultural value,It is important to standadize,guide and actively accelerate the association activities of modern competitive sports so as to promote the sustainable development of competitive sports and create more social value.
