A Research on the Educational Value of Competitive Sports

Abstract

The value of competitive sports is that it is beneficial for both society and the people.Its connotations include two aspects.One is that competitive sports should emphasize and establish the status and value of human beings so as to make clear the developing direction and aim of competitive sports,to evaluate its operation and development and to promote the all-round advancement of mankind.The other is the influence of the system,structure,behaviors and activities on people,which is inherently in existence,but may bring about negative effects to the educational value due to the alienation of competitive sports.
