Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction.METHODS:92 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given aspirin 0.1 g orally once a day and the observation group was given ozagrel sodium 80 mg intravenously twice a day based on aspirin treatment. After 14 days of treatment, the effects of 2 groups were observed and compared.RESULTS:The basic recovery rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, there was statistical significance(P0.05).After 14 days of treatment, the neurologic impairment score of both groups were decreased significantly, there was statistical significance(P0.05).The neurologic impairment score of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, there was statistical significance(P0.05).ADR was not found in 2 groups during treatment.CONCLUSION:Ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin is superior to aspirin alone in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction with good safety.
