Ozagrel Aspirin on Platelet Aggregation in Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients with High Clinical Intervention

Objective Observation Ozagrel acute cerebral infarction and laboratory indices.Methods The increased platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group of 108 cases 250ml Ozagrel 80mg +5% glucose intravenous drip,twice a day,while aspirin 100 mg,day 1;control group of 110 patients to aspirin 100mg,1 time per day.Results Treatment group and control group patients had lower platelet aggregation rate,while the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group.Scandinavian stroke score after treatment than before treatment groups were increased,the treatment group(9.90 points) than the control group(6.86 points) more obvious.The difference was significant(P0.01).the treatment group and control group before and after the thrombin time and fibrinogen difference was not significant(P0.05).Conclusion And aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction Ozagrel recent clinical is yes,but more pronounced effect Ozagrel to platelet aggregation significantly decreased.
