Abstract
The educational reform are paying more and more attention to the improvement of teaching quality and teachers' quality.Meanwhile,the professional development of the teacher is getting more and more important in the process of the growth of the teacher and the development of the college.It is the important guarantee for improving the whole level of teaching staff and implement the sustainable development of the college by promoting the teachers' professional development.Leading teachers to take the professional development way in accordance with the development of the college becomes a research subject which needs constant exploration and summarization.This paper probes into the way how to promote the teachers' professional development combining with the developing feature of community college.
