Study on the Development of Resource Industries in West China

Resource industries of the western region play a decisive role for economic and social development in West China,Simultaneously,the development of resources industries directly affect national economic development and national security.Therefore,development of resources industries in West China is China's sustainable development of the strategic issues.Based on evolvement theory,the paper gives a analysis on the western resource industries evolutionary process and influencing factors,and draw a conclusion such that:frist,the nature of resource industries evolvement is synergistic evolution of technological innovation and industrial system with constraints of resources and environment;second,different district resource industries should be different development model;third,healthy development of Resource industries need a good environment,and analyzes western resources industrial development of locked state,At the end,the paper put forward some policy proposals.
