DISCUSSION ON DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF RESOURCES INDUSTRIES IN WESTERN CHINA

Since the special geography location and other historical reasons,the economics development in Western China is relatively slow comparing with eastern part,also there is great gap in the infrastructure construction,industry structure improvement,and environment resources prevention.As an infrastructure industry department,resource industrial department once played a very important role in the western development.lacking both in the recogniztion and the practical experience on industry organization,industry structure and industry distribution etc.,western development evolved lots of problems,such as natural and living environment degradation,investment environment worsen,transportation's bottle neck and so on.All those problems hinder the western economics development.China expects to narrow the gap by putting forward the development strategy of the Western Great Development.The position,scale,structure and ratio of resources industries will further influence the smooth implement of this strategy.Under the big pattern of industries gradient layout of China,this paper discusses the new development model of western resources industries so as to perfect the system of western resources industries and make resources industries develop in a healthy way.
