On the Supervision Subject of Administrative Legislation in China

Abstract
Current supervision subject of the Administrative Legislation can be divided into powerful organ and administrative department,which are responsible for the supervision.However,the coordination and convergence between the above two department are not in a good position.Therefore,the effort that can be made to establish the professional legislation supervision institution,which is Legislative Supervision Committee,will ensure the efficiency of the administrative legislation supervision.
