Administrative legislation plays an important role not only in economic and social development, but also in improving legal system in our country. However, due to the dual attributes of the administrative and the legislative, administrative legislation tends to be abused and expanded. Therefore, supervision and control should be strengthened to it. The supervision of administrative legislation from the organ of our state power has a theoretical foundation, which is also a reality need for the development of administrative legislation. So, it is necessary to reform and improve the supervision from the organ of our state power to the administrative legislation.
