Abstract

Sixty four strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Ficus carice and their antifungal activities against Alternaria brassicae,Botrytis cinerea,Phytophthora capsici,Valsa mali,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. niveum,Alternaria alternata were tested.Of them eighteen strains were antifungal,The percentage of antifungal strains to tested strains is 28.1%.These antifungal fungi were classified,identified,and belong to eight genera,four families,and two orders.
