Abstract

Sixty four strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from roots, stems and leaves of Ficus carice and their antifungal activities against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Saccharomyces albicans,Rhodotorula sp,Penicilliumsp.were tested. These strains with higher inhibitory activity were identified and they were proved to belong to Alternaria sp.,Penicillium sp.,Fusrium sp.and so on.The results indicated that the antifungal actions of FL28 was worth further studying.
